I. Basic Requirements

2、Have experience in industry distribution or relevant industry resources.

3、Adopt sound brand concepts and standardized market operation & management modes.

4、Be willing to operate and manage in accordance with the company’s unified market specifications.

5、Own a store with a premium location.

6、Have certain financial strength.

II. Sales Policies

1、The company offers differentiated sales discounts and rebates to dealers at different levels.

2、The company provides store decoration design guidance and brand image material support for exclusive stores.

3、The company offers free professional training for dealers’ sales and maintenance personnel.

4、The company supports and guides dealers in advertising, promotion activities and marketing planning.

III. Joining Process

1、Application: Interested parties may consult our investment promotion representatives via phone, fax or email, or download and fill in the dealership application form on our official website.

2、Communication: After both parties confirm the intention of cooperation through communication, the company will send an inspection invitation to the applicant.



1、Site Selection: Dealers independently investigate the local market conditions, select a suitable store location, and submit detailed information to the company.

2、Company Inspection & Negotiation: Dealers come to the company for inspection and in-depth business negotiations with their ID cards and store floor plans, and both sides confirm the preliminary dealership cooperation intention.

3、On-site Assessment: The company’s investment promotion representatives conduct an on-site investigation in the dealer’s local area, and evaluate the dealer’s qualifications and local market potential.

4、Contract Signing: After mutual inspection and assessment confirm the cooperation relationship, both parties formally sign the Suhuate Electric Vehicle Sales Contract and After-sales Service Agreement. The company will provide dealers with complete business documents and materials.

5、Payment: On the day of contract signing, dealers shall pay the dealership agency deposit and the first batch of goods payment in a lump sum according to the confirmed dealer level.

6、Goods Allocation: After payment, dealers submit the first goods allocation list for the company’s approval. The company will deliver goods as scheduled. For subsequent orders, dealers can apply for goods allocation online.

7、Training: All employees of the dealership must participate in the company’s pre-job training and marketing guidance; designated personnel shall receive online sales management training.
