1、Our after-sales service personnel will provide on-site training on vehicle operation and daily maintenance upon delivery.
2、We will arrange regular customer visits to inspect vehicle conditions and ensure reliable operation.
3、All faults will be handled promptly. In case of any malfunction during normal use of the vehicle, our technicians promise to arrive at the site within 72 hours nationwide and 48 hours within the province.
4、Warranty period and charges (see the table below for details).
5、Defects caused by material quality and manufacturing processes are covered under the warranty; wearing parts and damages resulting from human factors are not included in the warranty scope.

7、Please read the instruction manual carefully. During the warranty period, the vehicle shall be used in strict accordance with the specifications stipulated in the User Manual. In particular, the type, specification, dosage and replacement cycle of lubricating oil, brake fluid, battery supplementary fluid and other fluids must comply with the relevant provisions in the User Manual. Otherwise, the warranty service shall not be provided.
8、Wearing parts are generally not covered by warranty, including glass, gaskets, bulbs, rubber parts, tires, etc.; normal consumable parts such as lubricants, electrolyte, brake fluid, various brake shoes, wiper blades, brake drums, clutch plates, etc. are also not covered by warranty. However, if an abnormal fault is clearly identified as caused by inherent product quality defects, relevant after-sales treatment will be available.Service & Support
